Sansevieria is a genus of plants native to Africa and Asia with over 130 different species. Many of these species have long been used as houseplants due to their hardiness and ability to adapt to different conditions. Sansevieria gracilis grey is no exception.

Although not as well known, this Sansevieria is equally resistant to environments with reduced natural light and its leaves are capable of retaining large amounts of water for a long time.
