  • We respond quickly

    Normally, our responses are sent in less than 24 hours (weekdays), between 9am and 5pm, exceptions may arise during periods of high demand, sales and special campaigns.

  • Right of withdrawl

    Under European legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. As live plants are perishable goods, they are not covered by this right. However:

    • Customers have up to 72 hours after delivery to report any issue, such as plants arriving damaged, in poor condition or out of their pot.
    • In addition, we offer a 20-day guarantee: if the plant does not adapt or begins to deteriorate despite proper care, we will review the case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, voucher or refund.
