PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes but excluding shipping costs, which are added before checkout. Accepted payment methods include PayPal and credit cards (via PayPal). -
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Shipping costs for Spain and Portugal are detailed by order value thresholds, with free shipping for higher-value orders. Over 34,90€ to Portugal and 69,90€ to Spain. Shipping to the islands and products that require pallet will be calculated on checkout. Delivery is handled by Nacex. -
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Cancellation or modifications require at least 48 hours' notice before the initial delivery date. -
RETURNS
Returns follow Portuguese legal provisions under Decree-Law 24/2014. Products must be returned in their original state, including all documentation, to the specified address. Refunds exclude promotional discounts and are processed within 14 days. -
