How do I access my points?
Viewing and using your Bioma Points is simple. All you need to do is log in to your Bioma Plants account.
Just click on the Bioma Points button at the bottom of the website.
If you're already logged in, you'll immediately see your available points and the rewards you're entitled to. If you're not logged in yet, just click Log In and then return to the Bioma Points button.
Don’t have an account yet? No problem! Even as a guest, we’ll accumulate the Bioma Points you earn. When you’re ready to use them, just click Create Account to join the program and start enjoying your green rewards.
How many points do I receive for purchasing from Bioma?
Every time you shop at Bioma Plants, you accumulate Bioma Points based on the amount spent.
For every €1 spent, you earn 1 Bioma Point.
(Note: Bioma Points do not apply to shipping costs.)
What are the other ways to receive points?
Earn Bioma Points by spreading the word about Bioma! 🌿
Sharing Bioma Plants with friends and family gives you benefits. Simply log in to your account, copy your unique referral link and share it via email, text or social media.
When someone uses your link, they get a €5 discount on a minimum purchase of €50. And you earn 50 Bioma Points.

Tell us when your birthday is and we'll give you 50 Bioma Points to celebrate your day!
(Note: Birthday must be registered at least 30 days in advance.)
How can I use my points?
Use your Bioma Points in orders over 35€ — you just need to have at least 50 points.
For every 50 Bioma Points you choose to use, you will receive a €5 discount on your purchase.
You can use up to 250 points per order, applied using a unique discount code.
Can I leave the points program?
At Bioma Plants, all of our customers accumulate Bioma Points — but if you prefer not to participate, it's easy to leave the program.
You can choose to stop receiving updates, but your points will still be available if you want to come back later, take a look or use them for a purchase.
If you want to leave the program completely, just contact us through our form and we will remove your participation, as well as any Bioma Points balance you have accumulated.
