After purchasing the card, you will receive a digital code via email. You can give it to whomever you want, or keep it for yourself.
The recipient can use this code at checkout on the Bioma Plants store, for one or multiple purchases, until the total amount is spent.
Does the card have an expiration date?
No. The Bioma Plants Gift Card does not have an expiration date , because we believe that the right time to care for a plant is when the desire blossoms.
Can I use the card for any product?
Yes! The card can be used in any Bioma Plants product — plants, pots, accessories, or other items available in the online store.
Can I use the card more than once?
Sure! If the purchase amount is less than your card balance, the remaining balance will be available for you to use on another purchase. The code remains valid until the balance reaches zero.
Can I exchange the card for cash?
No. The card is not refundable in cash, but you can use it on any product in the store, with no time limit. If a purchase paid with the card is returned, you will receive a new card with the same value.
Can I cancel the purchase of the card?
Yes, you have 14 days to do this, as long as the code hasn't been used yet. If you change your mind, simply contact the Bioma Plants team and we'll take care of everything.

Issuance and validity
The gift voucher is issued in digital format and has no expiration date. The balance can be used in full or in part for any purchase in the Bioma Plants online store. -
Nature and ownership
The card is a bearer instrument. Possession of the digital code entitles the holder to the corresponding value. In case of loss, theft, or misuse, Bioma Plants is not responsible for replacement. -
Use
The card can be used in the checkout, up to the limit of the available balance, and can be combined with other promotions.
The remaining balance is available for future purchases. -
Refunds and returns
Purchases paid for with a gift voucher will be refunded in the form of a new card of equal value.
The card cannot be converted into cash. -
Right of free resolution
The buyer has 14 days after the online purchase to cancel, provided the code has not been used.
After partial or total use, there are no refunds. -
VAT
The gift card is classified as a "multifunctional voucher" for tax purposes, with VAT being charged at the time of use, in accordance with Portuguese legislation and applicable European directives.
