At Bioma Plants, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality plants, carefully grown from the best producers and packaged with protection to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, we understand that unexpected events can occur during transport or during the adaptation process. That's why we offer a 20-day guarantee so you can buy with complete confidence.

20 Day Guarantee

If your plant shows obvious signs of damage or a health problem within the first 20 days after delivery, we guarantee a solution.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Send a replacement plant at no additional cost;
  • Offer a store credit , so you can choose a new plant or use it towards another purchase;
  • Issue a refund if none of the above options are possible.

Each case will be assessed individually, and the most important thing for us is to ensure your satisfaction.

Please note that if a plant is out of stock, we will not be able to offer the same plant as a replacement.

When does the warranty apply?

Our guarantee covers situations such as:

  • Plants that arrived visibly damaged, dry or with decaying leaves;
  • Transportation problems that affected the health of the plant;
  • Pests detected immediately after receipt.

The warranty does not cover situations related to inadequate care after delivery.

Adaptation to the new environment

As living beings, plants can take some time to adjust to their new environment. It is normal for some leaves to turn yellow or fall off in the first few days. But don't worry, with the right care, the plant will recover naturally!

If you have any questions about specific care, the Bioma team will always be available to help you. We also inform you that repotting the plant in a new pot within the first 20 days will void our guarantee.

Pots, substrates and accessories

If a pot, substrate or accessory arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. We can replace the item or, if you prefer, offer a store credit or refund.

How do I request a warranty?

If you need to activate our warranty, just follow these steps:

  1. Photograph the affected plant or product, as well as the packaging, ensuring that the problem is clearly visible.
  2. Gather your order information (order number and details of the issue).
  3. Contact our customer support team via email encomendas@biomaplants.pt or our online form.

We will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.
